Ensure that organizational goals and customer needs are met, and are in accordance with project requirements, where applicable. • Participate in planning of complex projects and applications. Ensure that organizational goals and customer needs are met, and are in accordance with project requirements. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical/electronic engineering, or related field. • Possess thorough understanding of software development for vehicle communications systems (PC drivers, serial/USB communications, GUI development). • Experience with one or more vehicle communication protocols (CAN, J1939, J1708, J1850, etc.) and application interfaces (J2534, RP1210, etc.) used in Autos and Heavy Duty Trucks. • Experience working with state-of-the-art programming languages, operating systems, software, hardware, and development tools.Strength in C, C++, C# programming. Strength in XML, MS Visual Studio, .NET. • Good problem solving skills.Well developed written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with industry practices and company policies. • U.S. citizen or legal permission for continuous employment in the U.S.Strength in design and documentation. 3. RF Software Engineer(10+) • Experience with RF transmitter development for automotive products remote keyless entry and passive entry applications. • RF transmitter experience in the frequency ISM frequency bands of 300 to 450MHz and 868 to 928MHz. • Familiar with low frequency circuit analysis with regards to 125kHz immobilizer products. • Familiar with RF transmitter and antenna development using PLL based or SAW based technology. • Familiar with the NXP and Atmel products base for immobilizer ICs with integrated uControllers. • Familiar with automotive development processes such as DFMEA, DVP&R, EMC test plans, etc… • Understanding of global regulatory requirements for RF and LF circuits. • SW engineer must be able to program in C and assembly and be familiar with NXP and Atmel products 4. Terminal and Connector D & R Engineer(2-5years) • Design Terminal & Connector D&R Engineer. • Use SolidWorks or AutoCad (Pro E acceptable) to design Components. • Support Design from Concept to Prototype to Production. Bachelor's Degree - Highly Desireable. • Experience in either or both Connector and Terminal design for low to medium current.Standard DRE responsiblities ( i.e. FMEA, PSW, PPAP, Change Conotrol) 5. Mechanical Engineer • BSME and at least two years relevant experience required (Will consider all level candidates except entry-level). • Experience in CATIA or other mainstream CAD application. • Experience in injection molded plastics. Senior Hardware Engineer, Hybrid Vehicle Power Systems • Develop on board chargers for Plug in Hybrid/Electric Vehicles. • Responsible for generating and maintaining product technical specifications and their implementation in the design. 7. Senior Engineer, High Voltage / High Power Terninals and Connectors(>5yeaSrs) • Develop competitive solutions for HV/High Power T&C's to provide interface between HV devices and HV wiring. • Provide support to the HV systems and devices group in identification of the optimal interconnect solutions. • Coordinate with global customer's definition and design of the electrical/mechanical interfaces. • Develop test specifications for new technology/product qualification. Launch production programs. 8. Senior Hybrid Engineering - Global Hybrid Engineering • Perform original design and optimization of Higher Power electronics Components such as DC/DC converters. • Responsible for generating and maintaining product technical specifications and their implementation in the design.
